Our Warranty
Yealink products purchased from YesuppTech are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and component defects. It does not cover wear and tear, or problems associated with the network or platform it is connected to. We will endeavour to repair any telephone/hardware sent to us within the warranty period, but we reserve the right to charge for items that we consider replaceable due to wear and tear.
(For Singapore Customers^) Customers from other Countries purchasing our products will have to seek warranty from the official Yealink Website at www.yealink.com)
If you need to return a faulty unit, please send us an email at Inquiry@yesupptech.com with the title of the email as “Warranty Support Ticket” or Kindly drop us a WhatsApp text at the number stipulated below.

We ask that you bear the cost of returning any products to us. We will return them to you, at our expense (within Singapore). This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights.
